"I can't say much about this place only stayed one night. What I liked is the closeness to airport only takes a 15 minute walk or less. Although it offers breakfast I found it a bit salty for my taste, coffee was great, the room where I stayed the shower door kept on opening would not stayed put. Close to restaurants and shopping! "

"My family really enjoyed our Christmas week stay. The living space was very roomy, and beautiful. Loved the washer and dryer! The roof top pool was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet, and the nearby funicular really helped with those up hill climbs. We also saw whales in Banderas Bay from our balcony. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested. "

"Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay."

"Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the peace & quiet as the hotel is located in a more exclusive part of the city. Easy to take an Uber to the other parts of PVR like the Malecon or Zona Romantica. The Marina offers a selection of shops & restaurants (especially healthy ones) & a Starbucks accessible from the hotel. Proximity to the airport is also a huge plus as traffic can be unpredictable."
