"This was a step down from what I experienced in Cancun but I was told that is too be expected. Staff was great. Food was good but they did close some of the restaurants for dinner. One was about to be remodeled and others were closed because there weren't enough guests to justify keeping them all open. I am luck that this only happened on my last day. I would recommend this hotel if you understand that resorts in this location are not as luxurious as the equivalent resort in Cancun."

"It’s a dated property but worked for us as all we wanted to do was lay by a pool and do nothing. Our room was good with the AC but the unit was very noisy. They didn’t tell us the WiFi password when we checked in so we had to ask someone else for it. They also didn’t tell us the you have the make reservations at the restaurants at 9:01 am every morning for that night. They only have limited spaces for reservations or you are at the buffet.
