"Have gone here for several years. Only problem is it is getting more difficult each to get a Superior one bedroom suite. We had a standard one bedroom which is good but the Superior one bedroom has two bathrooms. The Superior is more expensive but well worth it if one is available."

"Just had the BEST time at the friendly! Staff was super nice, drinks were great, rooms were clean and air conditioned, plenty of comfy spots to relax, lots of pool/hot tub options, right on the beach, and some decent options for food! There are two restaurants where you need to get reservations the day before and it is very worth it! Music most nights on a dance floor which is super fun. Would highly recommend this place to others for an all-inclusive experience!"

"The architecture and setting were wonderful. That said, the property is isolated from the main town of Puerto Vallarta and requires transportation to get off-site. The staff was attentive and friendly. The facility is showing it's age, as it is about 40-50 years old, so there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The shower handle in our suite fell off; there was some mold on the corners and closet doors and fixtures that did not work as they should."
