"My boyfriend and I visited the Hilton Riviera in Puerto Vallarta for the first time—and it definitely won’t be the last! From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were blown away. The first view of the pool and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. After a smooth check-in, we couldn’t wait to dive into the fascinating pool and soak up the sun on the beautiful beach. That evening, we ventured into town and had an amazing time exploring the local nightlife. When we returned to the hotel, we met Julio, the bellhop, who quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. Julio was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering us fantastic suggestions for activities both in the area and at the hotel. Throughout our stay, he continued to go above and beyond to assist us—his guidance and friendly demeanor truly made our trip extra special. The hotel itself is stunning, with delightful restaurants and intriguing bars located throughout the property. There’s never a dull moment, as the hotel offers a wide variety of events and daily classes, keeping guests entertained and engaged. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and genuinely caring. Our room was perfect, with an astonishing view that we couldn’t get enough of. The amenities provided were top-notch and added to the overall luxury of our stay. We highly recommend the Hilton Riviera to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta—especially if you want great service, beautiful views, and unforgettable memories."

"Beautiful property and grounds, the room was fantastic, and we could watch sunset from our balcony. Housekeeping was very odd, and did not clean properly, we had to keep having them come in after they had ‘cleaned’. THERE IS NO SANDY BEACH. There’s are no sandy beaches on, near, or walkable to the property. It’s all very rocky, and the water is very rocky as well, so water shoes are a must. There are also no running/walking trails, though the gym is breathtaking. If you go to the timeshare/residence ownership presentation: they will literally stalk you. We did end up buying and the salesperson literally stalked us the entire time we were there. We found out from the valet that he was regularly asking if we were at the pool, or at the restaurant. At one point we were in the water at the beach and saw him waiting for us for an hour! Not talking to anyone else, just waiting for us at the pool. He would constantly WhatsApp trying to join us for breakfast, lunch, take us on day trips. It was very very creepy, especially as we were two women, with 2 kids. That was the only real downside. "
