"Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the peace & quiet as the hotel is located in a more exclusive part of the city. Easy to take an Uber to the other parts of PVR like the Malecon or Zona Romantica. The Marina offers a selection of shops & restaurants (especially healthy ones) & a Starbucks accessible from the hotel. Proximity to the airport is also a huge plus as traffic can be unpredictable."

"This hotel was located perfectly walking distance to everything. A convenient store is located right around the corner & an amazing cafe. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The view from the rooftop pool was amazing especially during sunset. The pool was on the cooler side, but was also kept super clean. Hotel cleaning staff were on top of things, every morning we were able to decide if we wanted our room refreshed and it would be completed within an hour...
