"Love the resort the only thing is that we weren’t able to check in early and check out late they wanted us to pay more money! I have never had that at any resort I travel all the time. Spending time in the lobby is waste of my holiday."

"I loved this resort. It was clean, the staff was friendly, fun and very happy to accommodate. The resort is large and lots of room. The cons….the pool is not heated, it’s very cold. The two speciality restaurants are very difficult to reserve, leaving many to eat in the buffet, which was not good. Our bed was very hard, all staff could offer was more bedding to lay on to help soften it. Housekeeping didn’t get to cleaning our room until after 4pm each day….until I complained and they...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel upkeep and cleanliness is outstanding . Beautiful views of the ocean at every turn. I only take one star off for food. Breakfast buffet was the best-although food served cold on many times, speciality restaurants weren’t so good and difficult to obtain a reservation. But overall, I loved my stay. Spa services were also amazing. "

"It is a nice hotel on the beach with good dining options. Overall it is clean and feels safe. Staff was courteous and English speaking. Check in can take a very long time, though, as the hotel had only one desk person on duty at a busy time. "
