"Property management team was spectacular. Jesus was extremely helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Water heater was the only downside of our experience for those whom didn't enjoy the cold showers. Location of the home was great though noise from the road and construction areas was noisy. Overall space was great and we all felt fortunate that the owner let us enjoy their space for the short time in Mexico. Thank you, Notch Family "

"First off it was impossible for me to find the property and it seems to be like some kind of government project when I ask someone for additional directions they tried to hold me up at gunpoint I was alone with my children, so I left and tried contacting the owner to get a refund due to unsafe location, and I have yet to receive any money back"

"We had a wonderful stay in Yelapa. It was our first time to Yelapa, and Jay helped us organize a private boat to town from a marina close to the airport. The house is also only a minute or so from the town pier.The view from the house was unbeatable, waking up every morning was a delight, and watching sunset in the evenings was amazing as well. The crew in town, Felipe & Yanet took great care of us. The people of Yelapa were also super friendly and I can’t wait to come back.My only complaint was...

"My husband and I just completed a five week stay at Casa Owaissa. The house has just the right amount of modern conveniences coupled with old style Vallarta to exceed our expectations. We spent many days lounging by the pool, cooking meals at home, and enjoying the weather. The house is also very convenient Zona Romantica "

"The house was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults to be together and separate at the same time. There were many food options and stores nearby for convenience. The host and Pilar were both very accessible and accommodating for our stay. Would definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends."
