"This hotel is conveniently located near the Marina Vallarta so there are lots of options for shopping and dining. The property is beautifully landscaped and has a fantastic pool which looks out to the ocean. We had a panoramic room which had a fabulous view of the pool and beach. Watching the sunsets from our balcony was incredible! The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful! Even though this hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport, the noise from the departing planes was not really an issue, likely because I was distracted by the lovely views. "

Miriam, the housekeeper for our room 3121 Is definitely an asset to the hotel. She Did an amazing job and making sure that we had everything we needed. The female manager at the Ribero restaurant has been there for years and years and she is always so gracious and kind to everyone. I see her going to all the tables to make sure everyone’s happy. I cannot remember her name, but I know that I’ve seen her there for many many years, she has light brown hair. "
