"I’ve been to the Ziva a dozen times in the last twenty years my husband won’t go anywhere else. I love so many things about this resort. The staff is so friendly, every interaction with an employee just makes me smile. The rooms all have amazing ocean views and every year there is something new and improved. The restaurants are first class. This year they are asking us to make reservations. I was disappointed at first but the reservations are easy to make and easy to change and there is plenty of room in any restaurant. I like everything about visiting Puerto Vallarta and staying at the Hyatt Ziva."

"Was just there with my family and we really enjoyed this resort. Our favorite part was the food! We felt the restaurants were really good, especially Luce and Sunan. We also enjoued ordering breakfast for room service to enjoy it out on the balcony while watching the whales play in the bay!"
