"The resort staff were all so nice and genuinely happy to help you. Ricardo at La Ribera restaurant took such good care of us.The grounds are perfectly manicured and absolutely beautiful. It seriously looks like Disneyland. This was our second time here and we absolutely love this place. We can't say enough good things about it. That's why it has such good reviews."

"It’s a dated property but worked for us as all we wanted to do was lay by a pool and do nothing. Our room was good with the AC but the unit was very noisy. They didn’t tell us the WiFi password when we checked in so we had to ask someone else for it. They also didn’t tell us the you have the make reservations at the restaurants at 9:01 am every morning for that night. They only have limited spaces for reservations or you are at the buffet. "Great little resort. Food was good and both à la carte restaurants as well as the buffet always had a great selection. Probably some of the best food that I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Not a ton of seating around the pool but lots of seating on the beach do you need to get down there to save a chair by 9 AM? Staff is great, no complaints."

"This was a step down from what I experienced in Cancun but I was told that is too be expected. Staff was great. Food was good but they did close some of the restaurants for dinner. One was about to be remodeled and others were closed because there weren't enough guests to justify keeping them all open. I am luck that this only happened on my last day. I would recommend this hotel if you understand that resorts in this location are not as luxurious as the equivalent resort in Cancun."

"The hotel was ok overall. Not very family friendly. There was construction and noise heard so not very relaxing. Not mentioned at the time of booking.We loved the mexican food at the ceviche restaurant. "

"This was our first trip to Peurto Vallarta. The Grand Park Royal is in a beautiful spot (10 min by cab) to the Zona Romantica. We were able to climb thr beach boulders for 35 min to Playa Paredon and we walked to Los Arcos, finding a quiet beach along the way with no one else there. Thr hotel itself is well.positioned with all rooms looking over the beach and ocean. We watched whales breaching in the morning while sipping coffee on our balcony. "This is our second time came to Garza Blanca. The (front desk)concierge supervisor from Hotel Mousai is extremely rude. Because of him we doesn’t go to the Japanese restaurant there. It’s kind disappointing. Staff in Garza Blanca are very friendly. The drivers are super nice. I love the drinks here a lot! "
