"The staff were friendly and we loved that breakfast was made to order. It is also really close to the plaza and main street with many dining options and artisan shops."

"Hosts: Extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help me get items I needed for the next stage of my trip. Room and building: Excellent. Atmospheric with lots of character, and a view of palm trees from my window. Cool with AC and a powerful fan. Big garden area which is nicely lit at night, with swinging chairs, recliners and a pool. "

"The first night was horrible, one room had many bed bugs. We didn’t use one of the rooms as we didn’t want to deal with the bugs. For the Second room the girls took the bed boards off as they found spiders. I did request to get moved to another room. Reception was understandable and got us moved the same night. We did get moved to another bigger cabin. Which was much cleaner. Other than the first night we ran out of water. The last two nights we had issues sleeping due to a sound of a pipe....

The property is well-situated within walking distance of the Historical Center and many bars and restaurants. We loved our time here!"

"This property is in an excellent location between Lake Chapala and the town square. The building is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels daily. Lighting at night could be improved. We appreciated the fresh fruit for breakfast but other choices were sad. Info on local restaurants and events would have been helpful,"
