"Very traditional place with quiet rooms decorated in traditional manner. Breakfast was really good fresh fruit, coffee and choice of eggs, omelette both vegetarian & meat options. Absolutely beautiful pool which after a long day walking around and exploring was always a treat to jump into. Staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble for the price can’t beat it would def stay again xxxx"

"This recently updated family-owned property is a retreat from the hustle of busy streets, beaches and mega-resorts. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean.Having the hosts downstairs is an added bonus--good conversation, tips for getting around, breakfast (small extra ) if desired. Their big ole dog has quite the personality. He quickly warms up to guests after a day or two. He does not go upstairs; he keeps to himself in a corner or inside the house. Distance (walking) to Old Town is...

"Hosts: Extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help me get items I needed for the next stage of my trip. Room and building: Excellent. Atmospheric with lots of character, and a view of palm trees from my window. Cool with AC and a powerful fan. Big garden area which is nicely lit at night, with swinging chairs, recliners and a pool. "The first night was horrible, one room had many bed bugs. We didn’t use one of the rooms as we didn’t want to deal with the bugs. For the Second room the girls took the bed boards off as they found spiders. I did request to get moved to another room. Reception was understandable and got us moved the same night. We did get moved to another bigger cabin. Which was much cleaner. Other than the first night we ran out of water. The last two nights we had issues sleeping due to a sound of a pipe....

"The owners are just wonderful, taking care to learn what we are interested in and making suggestions to fit each guest’s needs. They are delightful, truly caring and lots of fun. The property is well-situated within walking distance of the Historical Center and many bars and restaurants. We loved our time here!"
