"We’ve been to this resort multiple times over multiple years. The staff is great and has tenure. There’s a couple hiccups along the way but they are always ready willing and able to make it right. It’s great for the kids and we always have a great time. There’s a wedding almost every night but they shut it down at about 10pm. We’ll be back again next year!"

"My family and I loved staying here. The property was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and were always looking for ways to enhance our experience. The entertainment team here work very hard and long hours to put on shows, movies for kids and all day long entertainment. It is conveniently located near a shopping mall and other activities. The room was very clean and well kept. There were many different dining options. We would definately stay here again. Thank you Sunscape team for making our family vacation absolutely amazing!!! "Every employee was very courteous went out of their way to help me with my walking disability. The food was great ! I had a little trouble walking on the cobblestone in the parking lot, but the bellman and other visitors were happy to help me. I found the hospitality awesome! Antonio the bellman went out of his way to help me if I needed it - He gets ***** stars from me!!!! Every area of the resort was spotless! I felt extremely safe the whole time I was there and I was traveling alone. I highly recommend this resort to everyone! I am definitely going to return! Thank you to everyone at the resort you mad my Vacation ASWSOME!"

"Stayed here for my birthday with a couple of my friends and we loved it! Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well air conditioned, pools, bars, and restaurants were great too. It wasn't the most upscale resort on the beach, but it was affordable, family friendly, had lots of activities and was perfect for us! This was my first time visiting Mexico so I was going in a little blind(and not sure if I was going to get scammed lol), so for anyone else who's not sure, I would definitely recommend Plaza Pelicanos, we loved it!!"

"Wow. We stayed a couple nights here looking for a relaxing place to workout, play tennis, sit/drink by the pool, enjoy some good food - and this checked all the boxes. The people and staff here are so kind and wonderful - impressively most are bilingual and english accommodated. We loved the various dining options across both Secrets & Dreams sides - incuding the cafes that serve yummy snacks and drinks. The pools are plenty, clean, beautiful, great places to chill - and the swim up bar is so fun. Through Expedia we got a free upgrade and we couldn't be more grateful for the ocean view & waking up to the sounds of soft waves crashing. The gym is AMAZING - the tennis court was quite fun (interesting texture, immitated clay we think). Thank you for a wonderful stay, relaxing and refreshing. Beautiful luxurious property - Secrets side is calming and spa-like. We are so grateful to your kind staff for treating us so wonderfully!"
