"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was a nice size, the bed was pretty comfortable, it had great AC and a very good shower. More importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was outstanding! High marks, overall!! "

"The views were stunning, the staff outstanding but it was the marriage between authentic Mexican culture and hospitality that had us sold. We met several other guests from all over North America during breakfast which was served in the common area right by our room, Sol 4. The room was large with firm but very comfortable beds(2) The bathroom is outside the room but secure and for our room's exclusive use, it was not an issue for us. The only downside is the hill the hotel sits on, if you have mobility issues you will need to use Ubers or taxis to get there. Having said that, once you have done the hill several times it gets easier but Uber/taxis are super inexpensive. I highly recommend this hotel if you want something romantic and not your standard cookie cutter. Again the staff especially Mercedes were super helpful and accommodating. Loved our stay. "

"The hotel is one street back from the Malecon and is a great base for exploring. We booked the penthouse suite which was WELL worth the money, with a hot tub, full outdoor cooking set up, air conditioning and full kitchen with laundry. The staff were friendly, fun and welcoming. Taxis are easy to find, often parked right across the street. The hotel restaurant, CoExist, has beautiful coffees and desserts. It was closed on the Monday we visited or we would have eaten there more. Despite the hotel being right in the middle of the action, the room was quiet and we had great sleeps. I can't think of a single downside of this property."

"The breakfast was awesome. build your own Huevos Rancheros, pancakes, fresh fruit and more. Hotel clean with comfortable beds. 1/2 block from the beach and next to big grocery store. Definitely stay here again. "

"Absolutely love to this place! Although not a five-star, it's full of charm, old Mexican wooden doors, colorful tiles on the stairwells, and tons of plants and flowers. A four-story mango tree in the central Courtyard just tops it all off. Would absolutely stay here again! Felt safe with my daughter traveling, and the people were wonderful!"
