"The staff were very obliging we were shown two sets of rooms so that we could choose two rooms near each other. The reception staff were always cheerful and helpful, the breakfast staff assisted me with my albran which I had taken and the food was hot and plentiful."

"I stay in London once a week for work so I'm looking for somewhere that is clean and comfortable to stay but on a budget. After reading a couple of the extreme reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect but i was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is extremely clean, tidy and well presented. I stayed on the 4th floor in a double room - it has by far been the most spacious room I've stayed in thus far when staying but also very notably clean. When I thought about it, the room could have very easily been a Premier Inn or similar. If I was to highlight any negatives - There were a few marks here and there and general wear and tear but nothing to cause offence. The shower could be a bit more powerful. And the stairs and general layout to the rooms is a bit strenuous and tricky. But for the price tag, being so close to 3-4 a number of tube stations (one being a major rail hub) and by attractions (like Kensington Palace), I think it's brilliant. "

"Service: I cannot fault the service. All employees were extremely respectful, polite and happy to help. Front of house when checking in were extremely lovely to deal with. They upgraded our rooms and provided adjoining rooms. Rooms: rooms were modern, clean and had the essentials for a trip to London. They were on the smaller side however this isn’t a make or break given the coziness. The bedsheets and bed were 10/10. The comfiest bed and the softest sheets I have experienced in a hotel. The bathrooms were so fluffy and soft, a pleasure to put on. The shower was stand alone which was nice. Location: I was only in the hotel for 1 night due to a family member being admitted to st Mary’s hospital on our trip. I personally wouldn’t find the location great but for a 5 star, exceptional attentive service, super clean, modern and comfy hotel I could overlook location. I would recommend. "

"The Westbourne is on a nice quiet street with delicious dining options a short walk away. The staff are professional and very friendly, and our check in and out was easy. Our room was clean and convenient, and the refrigerator and coffee & tea set up were great. The water pressure is the shower was amazing! After checking out they held our bags while we explored the area. I definitely recommend staying at the Westbourne when in the Hyde Park area. "
