The staff were very obliging we were shown two sets of rooms so that we could choose two rooms near each other. The reception staff were always cheerful and helpful, the breakfast staff assisted me with my albran which I had taken and the food was hot and plentiful.

A decent Hotel with tiny rooms and bathroom but very good located. Luggage room is an additional 3£ per item. I think it’s a nice place for young people who doesn’t need much extra comfort.

We only stayed for 1 night as we had an early morning flight out. Our stay was good, beds comfortable, room and bathroom clean. Our room (401) was the perfect size for my friend and I with two twin beds. I did over hear other guests having some trouble with water draining but we had no such issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel itself was clean and basic. Did not realise when booking that it is located directly above a tube station and the rumbling of the tubes goes on till 1am then starts again at 5am. I sleep with earplugs and am used to noise but this made no difference. We had a few hours sleep and cut our trip short rather than endure another night of no sleep.
