"Excellent location, excellent staff, large and comfortable apartment, The light switches are some old strange technology and hard to operate. We left a retainer at the property and sent a message to the property 1 hour after check out to have it shipped at our own cost but two messages later and 2 days later still no response. Their listed phone number is also disconnected."

But it's within walking distance of the Green Park tube station. You can easily get to Regent Street and Piccadilly Square within minutes.
