"Very close to Paddington Station. Clean but small room. Check-in staff were a bit abrupt on the phone to other customers and thwy answered the phone whilst checking us in which then delayed us and felt a bit rude. Breakfast was tasty but there were no coffee cups and staff didnt notice. Once informed they rectified the problem quickly. I returned to our table with my coffee only to find staff had put a dirty tray there, right in feont of my daughter, who was eating, whilst they took the room...

"Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip"

"We stayed in a Club Double Room and it was very small and the bathroom was tiny (about 2m x 1m!) Not what I would have expected paying for a Club Double. I don't know how small the Cosy Double or the Deluxe Double would have been! The room was nice though, we had a Super King bed and a free bottle of wine because it was Valentines Day"
