"This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"

"We wanted somewhere to stay that was not far from the airport as we had an early flight next morning. And was only 30min tube ride to the West End. Hotel was just opposite Northfields tube station so ideal and convenient for what we wanted to do. Only down side was the station has no escalators/lift, but only has one set of stairs to platform. All staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant looked nice but we did not sample the menu as we had a booking in the West End."

"Overall, the location is either at the end or the beginning of high st, depending on which direction you are coming from. No breakfast provided. Bathroom & toilet wise is a bit small and small in space. You have to sort of crossover the toilet seat to get to the shower cubicle.
