Nice location away from the hustle and bustle yet within walking distance from Kensington and Hyde Parks and several restaurants - I have to mention The Swan - I liked it so much I was there three days in a row! The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was the best I had in a long time, and I enjoyed a drink at the bar in the library several time. It’s a quaint small hotel that delivers!

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable & bathroom very clean although being next to the lift there was an extreme amount of noise outside the door crashing & banging from cleaning staff & guests, but on a positive note the breakfast was amazing & cooked to perfection with plenty of choice hot or cold.

Really good welcome at the hotel and the location is excellent for Paddington and the underground. It was stated in the description, but the room was incredibly small and a little stuffy. Would certainly return to the area, but would need to have a better room if it was to be in this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The spa facilities were a real highlight—so relaxing and luxurious. The food was absolutely superb, with a high-end dining experience that exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was in great location near Hyde Park, which made seeing nearby sights simple to walk to. The breakfast option is highly recommended, as it was a great way to start the day.
