"The area around the hotel is ok ; close to the metro and with a lot of restaurants just a few minutes walk. The room was very small for 3 adults but clean enough and with a private bathroom. We can hear the metro in the bedroom but we accomodate. The staff brings you the breakfast at your door because there is no breakfast room in the hotel. So you don't have the choice of what you eat... "

"Nice to get a free upgrade to a larger room. As with all hotels on this road, you can hear and feel the underground go past. Room was okay. Don't expect much from the breakfast (a carton of juice, yoghurt and flapjacks), but it's better than nothing. If you have time, there's plenty of places nearby to get food. "

"I had booked the hotel yet there was a note on the door to go next door to sign in. That hotel “ the four stars” only took cash and the put me in a basement minimalist room. Nothing than the image of the Pavilon hotel I booked. I really don’t know what happened but I left disgusted and disappointed. They did not offer refunds or explain why I was not put in the room that I booked. Seemed like a scam. "

"Stayed 1 night before flying home after solo trip to England. Manager was very helpful, great breakfast included (continental, extra cost for more). Had great rate for (as expected) tiny room up many many stairs (no lift, which I was aware of and had no problem with, but could be an issue for others). Was great value for the cost for me, I've stayed in a few other properties in the area (Sussex Garden near Paddington), this one was one of the better ones. "
