"The room was in the basement it was cold and the heating didn’t work properly. The window didn’t shut properly so we got maintenance to sort it out but it was still cold in there. The bar was closed on Mondays which didn’t help. The breakfast had cold plates and was very meagre and quite honestly we won’t be returning. We like a decent room and a decent breakfast the hotel failed on both accounts. The staff however were very nice. 😊 "

"Wish I saw there was no elevator. It was super tough walking up and down stairs with three big suitcases. The cot was just that, a cot, and it could not have been more uncomfortable. "The hotel reception was large and inviting. The staff were very welcoming and service with a smile. The room was very clean, just a little dated in parts. Would have liked a walk in shower. However was informed all rooms have baths. If you like a deep bath then this hotel would be ideal for you. We would stay here again if staying in the area for a short stay"
