We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite. There was enough space for 5 of us. Mark and Spencer with some clothing and plenty of food options was just across the street. Access to Edgware and Paddington Stations were well within walking distance. Wonderful restaurants and convenience stores are also located conveniently nearby. If you want to dine at the hotel restaurants, Tyburn Kitchen was a favorite during our stay! All in all, wonderful hotel for a vacation!

Excellent service. Arrived from Vancouver after a nine hour flight about 30 minutes early for check in. The girl behind the counter originally asked us to wait 30 minutes but when I said we were dying to get in and get washed up and have a nap after a red eye flight she got us in immediately and no extra charge. These little acts of kindness are what separates the good from the great places to stay.

This is by far the worst expitience i have ever had in a hotel. It was dirty, old, really crowded, really noisy. Never staying at a hilyon before.

Executive room with access to club lounge was good. Room was a good size, well laid out, quiet, etc. Staff were extremely helpful especially in the club lounge (Shorif / Gib). Didn’t dine in the hotel but the gym was a very pleasant surprise -much bigger than normal. Location is good - close to West End and with great transport links.
