"The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Paddington and various shops and restaurants. The room was a bit shabby, but perfectly comfortable. The breakfast is good. But I wish they would not use disposable plastic table covers. More eco friendly would be great. The fish in the lobby are so sad, the water is filthy."

"It was an adventure. An electrical fault led to us being moved out of our rooms. We were more than happy to stay having traveled for 36 hours. However, Health & Safety rules meant we had to move because we had no lights. We were moved to the executive rooms in the Tower. Fortunately, not The Tower. We were well looked after. Great breakfast selections too."
