"Only stayed for one night but perfect for us. Close to Paddington which was great for leaving our bags to pick up for our return journey. And Edgware Road tube to get around London. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfy and clean. Exactly what we needed."

"Good hotel in a great area for walking around Hyde park or shopping along Oxford street. Lancaster gate tube station underneath was a real plus too. The prompt room service and tasty food that came with it was also a selling point. Only shortfall we found was the limited options for food choices at breakfast as two individuals with specific dietary requirements. Also cost for breakfast is a little exoensive so food out nearby is probably cheaper; we did this on two days over our stay."

When my flight home was canceled due to a transformer fire near Heathrow, they extended me for 2 days at fair price.I highly recommend this place "
