"Just had a one night stay in Henry’s townhouse in the James room. very comfortable room, very comfortable bed- exceptionally clean with a good size bathroom and excellent walk in shower. Love this property, felt like a home from home really interesting to look in each different reception room with its various knickknacks and artwork. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful couldn’t really fault it in anyway. would happily return another time"

"The Athena is a GEM. I can’t believe th price. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very small but honestly the perfect size if you just a need a place to sleep. 5 min walk from Paddington Station and 10 mins from Hyde Park with tons of restaurants right outside of it. "We had a great stay, our room faced the train track but we never heard the trains. Our room could use updating like new carpet but everything felt clean and accommodating. Breakfast was good, would have loved a non dairy milk option but otherwise lots of options for food. The construction only happens during the day and we were always out to see the city so we never noticed it. I would stay here again."

"Really home from home stay. Its not flashy and not pretentious. Comfortable toom and staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble. Its location is ideal. 5 min walk from Hyde Park and another 20 min walk to knightsbrige for the shops, then easy walk up to westminstervand the palace.
