I stayed here for business and it everything was perfect. Its a small property with a lot of charm. The staff are very helpful and the area is well connected to the underground and train stations

Overall, the hotel is great. The room we had at 4th floor was clean and everything is working. The property is only a few minutes walk from Paddington train and tube station which makes it very convenient to travel all around London and UK. The room is small though but then again, it's London.

The hotel is well located for transport around and out of London. Rooms are clean with good facilities (air con, hairdryer, toiletries, etc). All of the staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and quickly sorted out any issues.

Lovely hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. It was close to Paddington Station which made it easy to get to the metro and buses to visit all the London sites. And the breakfast that was included was amazing!
