"Fabulous location, close to Lancaster Gate tube and 15 mins from Paddington tube station. Across the road to the beautiful Kensington Gardens. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and great shower with super water pressure. The staff were super friendly. I had some lovely chats with some of the women cleaning the rooms. I felt very welcome. Like the website says, no mod cons.. but everything I needed for a great affordable stay in London."

"We had a great stay, our room faced the train track but we never heard the trains. Our room could use updating like new carpet but everything felt clean and accommodating. Breakfast was good, would have loved a non dairy milk option but otherwise lots of options for food. The construction only happens during the day and we were always out to see the city so we never noticed it. I would stay here again."
