"Just stayed for 3 nights in B01, the basement room with kitchenette. Great location, quiet, housekeeping and remote staff were on it. You just have to appreciate the deal you’re getting for the location and the kitchenette. It’s older, but you’re in Hyde Park London. Gorgeous street, responsive team. The bedding could be softer, the pillows could be better, but for the price it was far beyond what I expected. Very safe and quiet with everything you need a quick walk away. "We had a great stay, our room faced the train track but we never heard the trains. Our room could use updating like new carpet but everything felt clean and accommodating. Breakfast was good, would have loved a non dairy milk option but otherwise lots of options for food. The construction only happens during the day and we were always out to see the city so we never noticed it. I would stay here again."

"I stayed for just one night whilst on a work trip to London. The location is very convenient with buses and a tube stop very close. Although the area is busy, I was not disturbed at all by traffic noise. The gentleman at the desk kindly gave me a larger room than I had booked, and everyone at the desk was very friendly and welcoming when I went in and out. The accommodation is simple but a very good value for the location."
