"This is a lovely hotel to stay in Kensington. It feels very luxurious when you walk in. You’re welcomed by an incredible staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little small, but it is a city so to be expected. Everything was clean. The location was wonderful! Close proximity to two different tubes and easy access to taxis and Ubers at all Times. we truly enjoyed our stay here. "

"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. "Staff friendly and helpful but ruined by the lady that checked me in who was distinctly rude and unhelpful. Property clean and well maintained but terrible ordour in bathroom (self contained0. Had to leave window open in winter and repeatedly spray with body spray when going in. need strong air freshner but better solve the issue causing the strong sewer smell. "

"Wonderful people and so friendly and helpful. Very small accommodation and bathroom was almost alarmingly tiny. Could use more space for things, limited shelving or surfaces to use for our belongings. Mini fridge was a huge plus, and the mattresses were new I believe, as they were amazingly comfortable. Slept really well there, and it was very quiet. Nice stay, but probably not for people who need a bit more space, have a lot of luggage, or are used to American chain hotels. Would definitely...
