It is just a really good place to stay, location it's very convenient to the Paddington station and the people who worka there it's just amazing! Breakfast was a surprise, how great was, we loved everything!!!

The rooms are small and functional, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, would stay here again.

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms in the basement and although small it had everything we required, it was comfortable and clean. We had a nice cooked breakfast in a clean and comfortable seating area . The owner was very welcoming and went above and beyond the call of duty. We would definitely return on future trips to London. Good value for money.
