"we loved this property as a family of 5- 4 year old twins and a 1 year old. The water park area was great for them. we enjoyed the multiple pools and the long walk to the lobby- seeing all the wildlife. downsides was the food wasn't that great- and was very difficult to get reservations at any restaurants. but no one got sick which is always good. staff was good but very limited English for the waitstaff. Also no elevators for the rooms so plan accordingly if bringing a stroller. "

The buffet needs improvement- more variety, the food needs to be kept hotter and some things can be served instead of asking customers to line up and get it prepared on the spot. We all had a great time and would definitely come back again. "
