After one and half hour searching for the property that nobody knew, plus an hour trying to get it sort out with your rep over the phone ...THAT WAS NO HELP AT ALL... you have the audacity to send two emails asking how my trip was??? I have been doing business with expedia for the longest time and to tell you the truth my last 2 experiences have bee awful! GET TO KNOW YOUR PROPERTIES!!!! hire more staff to get better...

"The penthouse is as advertised. Plenty of room for family of 6. Gorgeous view of Caribbean Sea from primary bedroom and balcony. Great spot for morning coffee, reading, playing cards, etc. Enjoyed movie night in loft space, large beautiful dining room table where we had Dominican lady Claudia cook us a traditional meal. Laundry room with sink for after beach day clean up. Beach area housed large cabanas and large walk in pool. Private beach club available next door for a nominal fee. Very safe...
