We loved this property, BUT.... when checking in, Mr. CARLOS from Expedia front desk made us sign a paper because of not having what we booked.. or supposedly an upgrade at no cost, but We got what we paid for. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY CONTINUE ALLOWING THIS UNCOMFORTABLE MOMENT...and I sensed a little attitude because I was questioning. My wife and I had 2 days of no trust at all in the staffs. Please, Expedia... don't allow this anymore, so tourist don't get scare!! I felt a little more oriented with David.with rooms and going around.

The staff were great. David made a point of seeking us out to ensure our luggage was collected from our room at departure, which we appreciated. Our room needed to be changed because the first one smelled like it had been a smokers room. The buffets were great.I found the music to be too loud in the a la carte restaurants. Overall, the food was average.

Stayed with my girlfriend, both mid 20’s. We didn’t realize it was a family resort but it was still pretty fun. The room was amazing. Room service came every day. They called the room plenty of times asking if there was anything we needed so that was nice. Buffet was surprising good considering all the reviews say how bad it is. Just get there at peak hours, only complaint is it’s kinda tough to get drinks (like water juice etc) when there’s a lot of people in the buffet so many times we just went without. Food truck wasn’t very good, the restaurants were pretty good though, although I’d probably say it was on par with some of the buffet food lol. Only real complaint is that there is absolutely nothing outside the resort within walking distance, and the entertainment in the resort is kinda meh. But they try so that counts for something.
