"This was our 11th trip to Majestic and as usual most everything was perfect. The staff, grounds, beaches all excellent. The best part of our stay is Junior our butler. He’s the best and never leaves a stone unturned. He’s the reason we keep coming back to Majestic. In fact we’ve already booked a return trip in May. However the Sea food restaurant that used to be our favorite has really declined. The selection of food is poor and not very good. Overcooked or just not very tasty. We went several times thinking it was a bad day but not the case. We wouldn’t let this hamper our thoughts of Majestic as there’s other restaurants to choose. The Italian are the French are outstanding. The Japanese would be good if they didn’t serve the same thing all the time. The spa is outstanding. The staff from management down to the house keepers are excellent. These are the reasons we keep coming back to Majestic. The buildings are starting to show some wear and tear and could use some sprucing up. The night time shows are great however at the end of the show there’s a gentleman that comes on stage to introduce the talent. He has a microphone and screams everything he says. Why scream if you have a microphone. It actually hurts our ears and I’m hard of hearing. This is with our plugging our ears it still hurts. Overall the resort is a 10 to us. Go visit Majestic you won’t be disappointed. "

"Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!"
