when we arrived within 2 minutes our luggage was missing . we didn’t get it back fir 3 days mean while i had no clothes or medication . i had to buy a few clothes and medication . we did get our luggage returned however by that time our vacation was ruined .

This property is beautiful. Great beach.Resort offers numerous pools . Free WiFi. Excellent dining options. Unfortunately room cleanliness was not up to the standard . In our room we have found many maintenance problems like door was not closing properly. Front desk staff unprofessional and engaged with coworkers instead of customers. Evening entertainment less than expected.

The only think i can say was good was the ocean and the staff were friendly but the hotel rooms were old stains on ceilings all electric outlet they were not qorking properly you can take couple minutes to make a charger work refilling mini bar service was twice in my 10 days. Rhere are 5 restaurants the food was ok only in 1 one rating restaurants 2 star the buffet 3 star food was very poor as well as the drinks overall the property is to old limited bathrooms you have to walk from the pool at least 5 min and beach like 7 min to reach a bathroom same when you at the buffet bathrooms are far. Talking about night shows rating 2 star not everynight they do shows and the entarteinment was really poor Not recomending this hotel in punta cana there are alot better hotels from my previous experience dreams or occidental were the best

The bartender at this sports bar seem to have a bad attitude, particularly one who was working on Saturday night. His behavior made people uncomfortable, and some were even hesitant to order drinks because of how he treated them. The attitude was unnecessarily rude and left a negative impression.
