"We booked an adult only rooftop with Expedia. When we arrived Majestic Mirage said that Expedia sent it over as family. There was nothing they could do about it. So we were in the family section with children for our room."

"Lady at the front desk was very accommodating! She was always professional and smiling! My name is KB FABULOUS and all the staff were amazing! I was in room 2103! I lost my phone and a couple of amazing drivers of the transport vehicles turn my phone into the lost and found! This was my very first international trip out of the United States from the state of Alaska! I really enjoyed myself and would recommend this hotel and resort to others when visiting DR! Also Christopher one of the transport drivers was very friendly and helpful! Christopher is amazing at his job! And Christopher has excellent customer service skills! "Overall it was an awesome experience! Check-in was a bit of a mess (took us 1.5 hours to get our room situation figured out) but otherwise we had a great stay! Food was yummy (especially the Teppanyaki place), staff was always eager to help, the beach was beautiful and clean, and the rooms had all that you needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"My stay at Ocean El Faro was nothing short of perfect from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless, setting the tone for an incredible experience. The main lobby is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking architecture and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you’re in paradise. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly made a difference. The service was immaculate, with every request handled promptly and with a smile. A special shout-out to our personal concierge, Johanser, who was a 10/10 in every way—attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to enhance our experience. Team Blue entertainment was fantastic!! Not even few hours that we felt not entertained. Our toddlers loved the entertainment from Daisy club and we had so much fun with the adult entertainment. The shows, the pool entertainment, the evening performances all were extremely fabulous. We danced in the plaza with our littles and made such good memories. Special shoutout to Stephani, Marco and Melanie. Thank you for everything From the gorgeous pools to the pristine beaches, top-notch dining, and endless activities, Ocean El Faro exceeded all our expectations.
