"Restaurants were excellent. Buffets were small but had what I needed. Whether at the pool, the beach or any time sitting around, there was always a staff person there to ask if we needed anything. Concierge, Billy, was a gentleman and pleasure to deal with."

"We will be back for sure - this place has many options for kids and adults alike. Only horrible experience is the Front Desk. Transfer from Airport did not work. Half the family missing on registration documents. Upgrade promised - and not delivered (only after protest granted). Front Desk is totally disorganized and everything takes for ever. "

"we loved this property as a family of 5- 4 year old twins and a 1 year old. The water park area was great for them. we enjoyed the multiple pools and the long walk to the lobby- seeing all the wildlife. downsides was the food wasn't that great- and was very difficult to get reservations at any restaurants. but no one got sick which is always good. staff was good but very limited English for the waitstaff. Also no elevators for the rooms so plan accordingly if bringing a stroller. "
