"We went through Expedia to find a hotel for our family vacation. When we got there, the place was dead with only a few rooms rented. The beach was not usable and according to employees, not safe. After two days of returning with our room dirty, we complained to the front office staff who told us that the unit we were in was owned by a private person, and we need to contact them.
