The staff is excellent. From groundskeepers, butlers, bartenders, and service workers, all staff members are nice and willing to provide quality service. The resort and beach are both beautiful.

This was our 8th trip to the D.R. ;but the first trip at Majestic Resorts. Service was poor in most restaurants, except Sea &Sea their service was excellent that night. Food was mediocre. One in our party has a Gluten allergy and she struggled to find options compared to other resorts we have stayed. We paid for Elegance Club with a Butler, but that was terrible. Our rooms weren’t ready upon arrival and we had to wait until after 5pm to get into our rooms. Hotel Check in was at 3pm, and after a long travel day with flights and layovers this was disappointing. We had 3 rooms and 6 adults in our party, and 1 person was very ill, needing their room asap. They offered nothing in exchange for their delay. I would not recommend this resort. Built in 2008 one room had AC problems, our room had a dehumidifier that my husband had to empty everyday. Facility needs redone and updated.

The property was beautiful but the front desk staff were a little slow in getting our rooms ready. Check in was at 3pm but we might have checked in an hour plus later. Apart from that, I will definitely return. The food was amazing, lots of variety.

Well first off was not expecting my room to be the presidential suite which was amazing. The buffet style food was ok not as great as my last visit. But overall the property is very well maintained.
