"The property was great Fabio and his family were excellent. It is a little far away from anything and cabs are hard to get but I really didn’t try that hard. I found that if I walked to the road there was always someone eating to give me a ride into town on the back of a motorcycle for 200 pesos. Very good value and relaxing cabins are really cool. I enjoyed myself. If you want a nice relaxing time it’s the place if you like to party then it is not a good match. I recommend it for sure. "

Amazing stay with large group

"We just returned from a stay here with 10 adults and 7 teenagers. The house is amazing with a perfect location, its great outdoor spaces, and spacious bedrooms. But what makes this house is the staff. Nicole was an enormous help from start to finish, making sure that check-in was smooth and ensuring that we had reservations for dinners and excursions. Daniel and the house team made sure that we didn't want for anything. They stocked the house with our desired groceries, cooked all of our breakfasts/two dinners, and made sure that everyone had cocktails when needed. We all agreed that it was one of our best resort villa stays ever. "

"This house was absolutely amazing! The location was so perfect- less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and relatively close to the marina. Omar was simply the best. He met all of our needs and was always there when we needed him. He made us the BEST drinks- cosmos, mojitos and margaritas were his specialities! The meals he and the staff made for us were authentic and delicious! The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely stunning and had plenty of room to relax. The house was so spacious! "

Welcome to Casa Minitas 20, a luxury villa with an infinity pool

"Our stay at Casa Minitas was amazing! The house was perfect for our group of ten couples. We never spent any time inside other than sleep and showering- the home has such perfect outdoor living spaces and dining space that there was no reason to leave the beautiful Caribbean weather or views. We are all boaters so watching boats pass by the house every morning from the marina was a treat. The staff took such great care of us! We started the trip thinking we would not need to be taken care of but it didn’t take long to get used to the idea of them spoiling us! The meals and housekeeping as well as any shopping and reservations we needed were all taken care of by the butler- He provisioned the house before our arrival with food and drink as well as made cabana and dinner reservations. He even had a masseuse come one day and gave massages near the ocean for those in our group interested. The staff is very limited with English but we communicated with Butler through WhatsApp very easily!The house came with two golf carts. One was definitely in need of some work but got us through the trip. Would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful vacation home!!"

"The villa staff made our week! While the living space is fantastic (huge and comfy) and bedrooms are fine (traditional), the food and service were simply outstanding. The cook made us wish we had eaten at home more evenings and the team pampered us beyond expectations. When we experienced cable or wifi issues, they were handled immediately. The golf carts are a nice bonus as the primary way to get around and the location very close to the Marina made evenings and last-minute groceries easy. Lastly, Dania was very helpful throughout our planning and stay. Highly recommend for groups. "
