"Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!"

"We stayed 5 days I stay was excellent the property was large it had all the other Resorts located on the property there was a trolley to take you to the beach and other locations throughout the entire property only negative thing not really negative was the food was average unless you made a reservation to some of the other restaurants polite staff helpful room was clean check in and check out was easy"

"Better than we expected! It was a cheap vacation, so we weren’t expecting a lot. The beach was perfect! Food was good and the drinks yummy! Great margaritas! I have no complaints! Other than the resort is huge. "

"The propert is very nice. Majority of the staff is super friendly, very courteous. The food in the buffet is pretty good. The best restaurants we the Italian and the steak house. The seafood and Mexican restaurants were very basic. The food was also pretty salty. I never left the property so i cannot comment on the areas around the property "

"This is a really nice property. I was very pleasantly surprised by my room. My room actually looked identical to the photos that they had listed online which I really did appreciate cause a lot of the time you don’t get what they show you. The food was OK. The food at the RIU in Jamaica Ocho Rios was way better, it provided a lot more options, just in the buffet . But this one is fine as well. All of the staff was awesome. Everybody was always great. Franklin from the entertainment department...
