One of the room pillows had mold on it and there were some inconsistencies with the wait staff on what was available versus what was not but OVERALL, an amazing place with amazing people! "

"The resort was nice. Second time there and we were pleasantly surprised by the improvements. What stands out among this resort over every other resort we have been to is that the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Also, there didn't seem to be an expectations to tip, but we wanted to tip because of just how great they were. And it was always appreciated. Even though we like to visit a new place, I could see us going back because our experience was so good. I'm sure the management is part of the reason for the service, but I left feeling like the Dominican people are just great. Oh, and the activity staff works so hard to keep you entertained and having fun."
