"This property was very clean and quiet. Google maps did not get the cab driver there and even though the operating hours say 11pm, we woke up a tenant to let us in. It is budget friendly and a 10 minute walk to beaches and restaurants."

"We were headed to Santo Domingo for our stay, just inconvenient to go the opposite direction from where we needed to go but that was my own fault and not the properties as I should have viewed the map and location better. The roads were tight to get into to main office area as it's off the the far back side of the wall. We paid in advance, only to find out we had to pay a deposit for water usage on top! It was not mentioned on the Booking site."

"This was a beautiful, gated community. Perla was an amazing host, she helped me out with all my questions. I absolutely loved the private pool. It was beautiful & clean, the bed was Amazingly comfortable. The only down side was it is very easy to get lost as to there are no signs pointing you in the right direction. I got lost 2x because some houses don't have numbers on them & my Google GPS struggled once we got past the gates. You absolutely will need to rent a vehicle while staying on this...

"The stay was great, Frank was helpful and welcoming, parking was secure, the location and views were wonderful. It is easily the best house in the area with friendly staff that made you feel like you were part of the family. I felt like I was visiting a relative’s home, and reminded me of Rio. It felt like an uncle let me stay at his beach house for the weekend. I loved it, and it gave a real “slice of life” perspective to my Dominican Republic vacation."

It was not completely private. There are a few restaurants nearby, most are very expensive. The nearest supermarket is 20 mn drive from the apartment. There are a few things I did not like. "The little pool was ok- location was not in a nice area- garbage filled the gutters and empty lots - The police tried to extort money from me- My room had no toilet seat- no toilet paper - no shower head- no hot water- bugs- and the room was never cleaned in 7 days - bad first impression of the Dominican!"
