"It is beautiful all around the resort. But the service could use some help .the service you get at the buffet is not as good as it should be. No one comes around to see if you need coffee.the smoking at the lobby is crazy at night it not fair for those who dont smoke. And the entertainment at night could uses a lot of help."

"From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful and friendly. They helped with anything and everything we could ask for when it came to dining and activities (like the catamaran). And house keeping was more than on top of their job. They came by twice a day to check the room and turn down the bed plus the mini fridge stayed stock. Thanks for the birthday cake and champagne as well!"

"The convenience of having everything close was exciting as to the pool the beach the food facilities. The concierge service with Jean and Cesar are first class as well as the in room cleanliness but the bathrooms around the pool area would need to be cleaned more often. The entertainment and the bar service was excellent.
