The rooms were damp and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The mosquito net was torn, and the air conditioning was very noisy—so loud, in fact, that it sounded like a truck was in the room, making it impossible to sleep with it on. The wardrobe was also broken. We were quite disappointed, especially since we had paid more than usual for a room with direct access to a swim-out pool. Additionally, despite staying for five nights, we were unable to book a reservation at the steakhouse. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly, which was a lovely touch.
Additionally, the lazy river was disappointing. There weren't enough inflatables available, and half of the water jets weren't working, which made the experience very slow and less enjoyable.
