Everything was fantastic for our first resort experience. The staff was great and willing to help when we had questions. I would suggest they offer services on the beach and add in more towel exchanges.

The front desk person charged me for an extra person to stay in my room. Then held that persons passport hostage until they checked out. They would no show me a policy about any of this.

Excellent property if you want to just relax and enjoy the pools and beach. Always found beach chairs and pool chairs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ocean calm and warm. Not really deep - could go from knee deep to up to my neck. Great just to float and enjoy. 3 pools were never crowded. You can pick either semi party pool or very quiet. Good choice of restaurants. Loved the whole experience and would not hesitate a return trip. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, we did have lots of rain but that is not the fault of the hotel. It is not for crazy party people which was good for us. Highly recommend this property.

Needs more entertainment on this side which is adults only. We found that it was very slippery around the property, out of group of 6 of us that we went with 4 of us slipped and fell , one of my friends injured his toe pretty bad. I think they need to fix this issue , having just wet floor signs does stop it from being slippery. Overall great resort the best one i’ve been too.

We stayed here with a group of 6 of us & each couple had their own room. Upon arrival the property is beautiful, but the rooms leave much to be desired. The doors and wood paneling around them were warping which made our door almost impossible to close. Another couple on our trip had a balcony door that wouldn’t latch & even after multiple requests to have it fixed it was not addressed. The mini fridge in another one of our rooms did not work & when called down to the desk to alert them that it was not cold, they sarcastically said “well it’s not a freezer”. The buffets were okay , the restaurants were very good!! I am celiac and there was basically nothing I could eat at the buffets (which is usually the case). Staff was really unaware of allergy handling. The beach was BEAUTIFUL! But beware of the locals trying to sell you items and excursions. They were truly relentless & the “security” on the beach felt useless. We didn’t really feel safe as these sellers were very pushy & didn’t take no for an answer. We’ve been to multiple other all inclusives in other countries and this was by far the worst with the on beach locals. The drinks and bars were great! Staff was mediocre & not very friendly. Not sure if we’d stay here again in traveling to the DR in the future!

Excellent service. Great food option. Nice property. The beach is walkable and really nice. The only really terrible moment- NIGHT CLUB! DJ playing garbage music. So you understand how bad it is, he constantly plays Latin folk songs. It's not even club music. People come to a nightclub to dance but just stand there for a while and leave. People constantly go to the DJ and ask to change the music but it doesn't help. Hotel management, solve this problem. I was at the hotel in March 2023 and November 2024. Nothing has changed. Is it really impossible to play club music in a nightclub?

This property was so beautiful and the customer service was amazing. We did a sugar scrub at the spa with massage and I must say that it was one of the best services I’ve ever had. We would definitely go there again

Stayed two weeks. One week in 2 out of 3 ended up in hospital with acute diarrhea. The doctor from hotel said we needed to go to hospital by ambulance. We went by cab. We found out after the stay that she gets paid by hospital. Resort should not have a doctor that is paid to funnel people to hospital. We never left the resort before we got sick.
