"We were put in an older building. Room outdated - bathroom shower didn’t work properly. The outdoor jacuzzi had dirty black water. We couldn’t be moved until the late afternoon on our 2nd day. We were inconvenienced by having to pack our belongings and move. We shouldn’t have been placed in a room with those issues. The room shouldn’t have been occupied by any guests unless it was functioning properly. "

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"I went for 4 days for spring break! Very pretty resort. The staff was super friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed the morning workouts; HIIT at 8am with Kimberly was a 5/5! The beach club food was great I had lunch there every day! The sushi spot is not the best if you’re a sushi eater, but the steakhouse was also great! The buffet served a variety of things which were good. Another fav was the bathtub on the balcony. I love big tubs! Overall I give it 4.5/5 stars."

"This property is perfect for someone that has a disability & difficulty walking any distances.Rooms,though dated, were spotless & had the largest, comfortable bed we have ever seen & the Longest pillows ever!The Beach literally had NO waves in the 11 days we were there, very calm.The Adults Only pool was never crowded.The Food was quite good & had many options.The A La Carte Restaurants were all unique & had great food.Staff were attentive & always around.Entertainment (bands) was from 10-11pm &...
