The owner was gracious enough to stop by, introduce himself and ask if we needed anything. I would give his Villa 5 stars. But the property as a whole, Ocean Village, was awful. "I only stay for one day on a 13 day vacation. The power went out for more than 12 hours. Furthermore, there was no plumbing when the power went off. No ability to wash your hands or flush the toilet. It felt like being in a “HotBox”!! The hostess said that the power was out city wide, However, in town there was no problem with the power.. I chose this location because of its reviews. Clearly they are not being honest about the reviews.. "
