"The property and amenities at this resort were great. We really enjoyed the pools and waterpark and our restaurant experiences were great. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. "I purchased an Elite room thru Expedia but was checked into an inferior room which costs much less with no explanation from the staff. Only when I was taken to the assigned room did I discover that fact. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, Ceseare who agreed to provide the correct room the following day which he did.
