"We were put in an older building. Room outdated - bathroom shower didn’t work properly. The outdoor jacuzzi had dirty black water. We couldn’t be moved until the late afternoon on our 2nd day. We were inconvenienced by having to pack our belongings and move. We shouldn’t have been placed in a room with those issues. The room shouldn’t have been occupied by any guests unless it was functioning properly. "

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"My husband and I absolutely enjoyed ourselves the staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and well layed out, the food was good and the bar tenders were great! The spa and massage was perfect. Needless to say we were definitely blown away by the whole experience. They had activities and entertainment. There was little to no kids so very relaxing. I would highly recommend this for any adults looking to get away and relax without being completely bored. "
